Christmas Card

Christmas Card

Original Illustration

This is the Christmas card that I have done this year. It started off as a simple pen illustration of a bear wearing a Christmas hat, and ended up as a card. The type is pretty simple but I wanted the illustration to be the main focus, not the Type.

Advent Calendar

Being lactose intolerant I can't have normal advent calendar's like the rest of you ....... however, every cloud has a sliver lining (as some might say) and I was given this amazing advent calendar. This beats chocolate any day!

Christmas is definitely coming :D

These are the christmas cups this year :) the Starbucks cups are the best.

Cake time :)

This is what I do in my spare time.....bake and decorate. I made these butterfly cakes wings and all for my friends leaving party. It sucks being lactose intolerant sometimes

Cherry Cherry

I happened to stumble across this really cute shop down one of the many lanes in Norwich called Cherry Cherry run by a freelance illustrator. It's filled with little knick-knacks like note books, badges, tote bags and loads more.

I Was Bored and Halloween Is Soon

....basically I couldn't sleep, so therefore I decided to scan in one of my doodles and edit it. I felt Frankenstein was appropriate, seeming as Halloween is approaching :). I've still got a fair amount to do to the image but its a work in progress.

First Brief

Final Poster

First Draft

My first uni project was to create a one word poster. We were given a list of words to work with. I began by sketching out different ideas for the different words, some of the words were harder to work with and some the ideas flew out. I had to create a poster that was simple, not literal and shouldn't look forced. My final idea was to use certain playing cards to spell out the word love. These two images show the beginning stages of my idea and how it progressed to an A2 poster.
